Authoring Center is integrated directly into the HealthStream Learning Center. When you subscribe the Authoring Center, you get access to the following features:

• A secure hosting environment integrated with the HealthStream Learning Center for launching HTML, SCORM, AICC and other web enabled content.
• HealthStream’s Public Courseware Exchange of over 500 free courses, created by our customers and available for sharing and customization by your organization.
• Copies of the HTML and image assets used in HealthStream’s Core Regulatory Library of courses that can be edited by the Client if desired.
• The “Course Attachment” learning activity feature that allows common file types, standard web addresses and file paths to be used as an activity within a course in the HLC.
• The ability to upload SCORM and AICC complaint courseware directly into the HLC for use on your courses.

Authoring Center is an open platform that allows your organization to use any authoring tool you choose to create content for distribution through the HLC. Authoring Center is safe and secure as we monitor content to ensure to security of your users. If you need to distribute your own content with and want a simple and flexible platform to do it, Authoring Center is the solution for you.
