Summary: The Associate Product Manager is part of a product management team for a specific product portfolio (in this case, Competency and Performance Management solutions) and reports to the Senior Director of Product Management. Summary: The Systems/Network Engineer position oversees the installation, configuration and maintenance of networked information systems in HealthStream’s 24/7 high-capacity production environment. Director, User Experience Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: The Director, User Experience will develop, establish and lead the User Experience practice at HealthStream. This position will have overall responsibility for the look and feel of all of HealthStream’s customer facing and marketing applications. This position will be a peer to HealthStream’s software development executives and Product Managers.
The Director, User Experience will define and lead a small team to work with HealthStream’s development teams to manage, review and design the overall look and feel of our customer facing web-based Learning, Performance Management, Simulation and Research applications, as well as our public facing marketing web sites. This position will guide the development teams in the design, development, testing and deployment of these applications for the purpose of enhancing and simplifying the user experience, as well as building esthetically pleasing, beautiful software applications. The Director, User Experience will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of standard pattern libraries to be used by the development teams to build consistent and efficient web applications.

SQL, .Net Developer (Contractor) Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: Responsible for design and development on PSM (PM Sample Management) project which is taking two legacy patient import/sample processes and integrating into a single platform. The project includes, but is not limited to, building systems and processes which would: accept patient files from hospitals via Web/FTP sites; import patient data into HealthStream databases; validate/scrub data and send alerts to sample team of any data issues; apply various rules to extract a representative patient sample; push “sampled” patient data to call center databases or Excel files for external call centers; update project statistics in remote database systems; report status of projects.

HeartCode Trainer Location: Nashville, TN
Summary: The HeartCode Training Specialist provides initial training for HealthStream's HeartCode customers, as well as ongoing training and consultative support, to ensure effective use of all HeartCode products. The HeartCode Training Specialist also provides internal support as needed by participating in internal HeartCode training events, and HeartCode E-learning Workshops. The HeartCode Training Specialist supports the HealthStream/Laerdal partnership through participation in other collaborative initiatives and training opportunities. Provides regularly scheduled HeartCode (BLS, ACLS, PALS and other related products) training sessions both live, via webinar and, where appropriate, using other tools such as social media. The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, partner management, revenue growth, and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and working closely with sales, marketing, implementation and support to ensure revenue and partner and customer satisfaction goals are met. Summary: Responsible for the design and development of deployment scripts and installation procedures related to application deployments. Configures and maintains virtual environments used for the development and testing of applications. Works with the Site Operations group to ensure that deployment scripts and procedures meet standards for use in production environments. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 3-5 years of experience in the field. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
